Who am I buying from?
Boneshaker Magazine is run by a tiny collective of writers, designers and illustrators. Working in collaboration with featured artists, we set up this shop to offer great bike-related artwork outside the pages of the magazine. A percentage of the profit from the prints and t-shirts we sell is given to the artist and the remainder is invested back into Boneshaker Magazine and its projects.
How can I contact you?
You can either fill out the form on the 'contact' page in the shop, or you can visit our website and mail us via the 'contacts' page. Please feel free to get in touch with any shop/magazine related question. We're a small team doing our best to run Boneshaker in our spare time, so please be patient if it takes a while for us to respond.
How do I pay for my shop purchase?
We currently only accept payments via PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship to most countries. Just add the items you like to your cart, and Big Cartel will calculate the shipping costs for you. Please be aware that shipping overseas can take 28 days or more.
Do you offer discounts on delivery for big or multiple orders?
We're still getting our heads round the subtleties of Big Cartel's delivery charges. But if it turns out that you've been significantly overcharged for shipping, we'll do our best to spot this and refund the excess, so please do order with confidence.
When can I expect my purchase to arrive?
NB - please note that Christmas postal delays affect orders placed in December. Because of this we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas for any orders made after Dec 1.
We'll do our best to get your parcel to the post office within 7 days of purchase. From date of dispatch please allow at least 3 working days for UK orders, up to 10 working days for Europe, and 14+ working days for the rest of the world. In Please note that we usually take a holiday from 22 Dec until 4 Jan - any orders placed in this period will be shipped on our return. Prints shipped in postal tubes seem to arrive more slowly than magazines posted in card envelopes. Please do get in touch via the contact form if you have any questions.
